Prepares Students with the Employability Skills

Career Readiness Software

The Career Readiness Software is a competency-based learning management that prepares students and job seekers with the employability skills that business leaders say are essential to success in the 21st Century workforce. The software is a single platform for students to track custom Workforce Promise activities and provides assessments to measure improvement in the career readiness competencies.

A student will create a digital portfolio using the Career Readiness Software and will be able to share the link with employers and on social media platforms. Students will also have a hard copy of their portfolio as well.
