This annual award provides a way to recognize faculty and staff who consistently demonstrate the following outstanding qualities:

  1. Highly engaged and committed to Mott's mission, vision and values.
  2. A "can-do" attitude; goes the extra mile in giving to the organization and doing their best.
  3. Functions in a spirit of partnership with other employees and with their customers.
  4. Has a clear understanding of personal accountability and tends to look to themselves first for resources and solutions.
  5. Embraces change and looks for ways to reinvent themselves while continuing to provide a high level of value to the organization.
