The A.A.S. at Mott Community College is accredited by the Commission on Early Childhood Higher Education Programs of the National Association for the Education of Young Children, 1313 L Street NW, Suite 500, Washington DC 20005. (800) 424-2460 ext. 8007.

The accreditation term runs from Spring 2017 to Spring 2024.

DHS Licensing

MCC Early Childhood Learning Center is licensed by the Michigan Department of Social Services for the care of children.

Standards are constantly maintained to meet and exceed all requirements of that agency. MCC ECLC operates in accordance with licensing requirements in providing for the safety of children and adults including protection from environmental hazards, in conducting a regularly scheduled

ECLC receives Grant for Playground Improvements

Thanks to a generous grant from the Greater Flint Arts Council, our outdoor learning environment is now a STEAM playground which uses the arts to support children as they develop the skills of science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics!
