If you are having trouble logging into your WebMail, Blackboard or BackPack / WebAdvisor account, you can use the form to reset your password. You will need to know all of the information in order to reset your password. New passwords must be at least 8 characters long.
You must have previously set up a secondary contact method using the Account Manager. (https://appsprod.mcc.edu/Secure/AcctMgr) After providing the information on this form you will be prompted to choose where to send the reset code to. After retrieving this reset code you will enter it into this form and the new desired password.
If you are having trouble with the form, or have not previously set up a contact method for the reset code to be sent to, you must come into the Information Technology Support Desk in the Curtice-Mott Complex Room 1208 for assistance.
Use the Student/Datatel ID Lookup (https://appsprod.mcc.edu/passwordreset/index.html#DatatelLookup) to lookup your Student/Datatel ID. After filling out the form with the correct information you will see your Student/Datatel ID in the form.
Use the MCC Email Lookup (https://appsprod.mcc.edu/passwordreset/index.html#EmailLookup) to lookup your MCC Email Address. After filling out the form with the correct information you will see your MCC Email Address in the form.

Don't remember your password? Rest Password Form (https://appsprod.mcc.edu/passwordreset/index.html) to reset your password. You must have set up password recovery first in the account manager
